Our cancellation policy

For bookings with arrival from December 2021 the following applies:

• You can cancel your vacation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation costs amounts to 30% of the total price (less final cleaning and local tax)
• In the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation costs amounts to 100% of the total price (less final cleaning and local tax)

If we are not allowed to open due to the legal situation or you are not allowed to enter Austria (border closings, travel bans), you can cancel your vacation free of charge at any time. We will be happy to credit you with the deposit you have paid for your next stay. If you insist, we will of course also refund the deposit.

Much is uncertain in times like these. We want you to feel safe. In the event of a lockdown or a border closure, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.

And if things turn out differently than expected and you cannot take your well-deserved vacation, for example because you are sick yourself, have tested positive for Covid or have to be quarantined because of a relative in the shared household?

With the hotel cancellation insurance from the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" you are well protected!

The special cover Corona despite the pandemic and at no extra charge can be found here in detail. We really recommend that you take out insurance (cancellation and interruption of the trip without a deductible).

In the case of direct bookings, we will be happy to take out insurance for you!
