Our apartment is a non-smoking area and no pets are allowed!
Cleaning:
The price for the final cleaning is 100€. If the apartment is heavily soiled, a surcharge will be applied.
Discount for children:
Children from 0 to 1 year receive a 100% discount
Children under the age of 4 receive a 50% discount
Pay:
Within one week of booking the deposit will be charged by bank transfer (see below). The balance must be paid up to business days before arrival or handed over in cash on the day of arrival.
Deposit:
In order to fix your booking we require a deposit within one week of confirmation. The deposit is 30% of the total amount.
Arrival and departure:
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. For later arrival we ask for notification in advance. If you want to arrive earlier please contact us by e-mail in advance.
On the day of departure, the accommondation must be vacated by 09:30 at the latest.
In times of peak season, arrival is only possible on sundays.
